Regional and national buyers are recognizing the values within the Big Sky market and are buying their legacy properties.
Both residential and condo units have seen a significant increase in sales since 2008-2009 levels. Residential sales units have increased by 75% and condo sales units have increased by 110%.

Bozeman and Belgrade sales units have dramatically increased. Sales units for residential single-family properties in Area 1 (inside Bozeman city limits) have increased 42.6% over 2009. Also, in Area 2 (outside Bozeman city limits), the residential sales units have increased by 97%, and in Belgrade, we see an increase of 23.7%. See the graph below.
