Big Sky inventory has declined by 9% and Livingston has remained steady compared to August last year. (see graph below)
Big Sky and Livingston, both, continue to see significant increases in sold units, between 40-50% over the year to date 2009. In Big Sky, the average sold price is $710,751; the median is $619,500 while in Livingston, the average sold price is $227,854 and the median is $172,000 which is exactly the same median price as last month. (see graph below)
