  • Livingston Art Walk: Friday, June 23rd at 5:30 pm, Downtown Livingston. Livingston Art Walks are part gallery tour and part social gathering. An eclectic array of locals, out-of-towners, and random art enthusiasts arrive in hordes to check out what's hanging on the walls and who's who.   • Shakespeare in the Parks - You Never Can Tell: Friday, June 23rd at 8:00 pm, MSU Grove. A brand-new dentist, an independent woman, a pair of twins, a search for a missing father, and a helpful waiter all add up to hilarity in this Shavian farce.   • Ellen Theatre - Man of the West: Friday, June 23rd at 7:30 pm, Ellen Theatre. Saddle up for The Ellen Theatre's fourth annual Summer Western Series featuring a collection of cowboy classics, sponsored by The Western CafĂ© of Bozeman.   • Gallatin Valley Farmer's Market: Saturday, June 24th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, Gallatin County Fairgrounds Haynes Pavilion. The Gallatin Valley Farmers' Market will be held Saturdays, June 17th through September 9th. Serving the community for over 40 years, the Gallatin Valley Farmers' Market provides an opportunity and location for local vendors of homemade food, handmade crafts, and locally grown produce to market, display and sell their goods to promote economic well-being and support the development of home-based businesses.   • Harvey: Saturday, June 24th at 8:00 pm, Blue Slipper Theatre Livingston. The Blue Slipper Theatre will present the stage production of Harvey, June 23rd through July 9th. When Elwood P. Dowd starts to introduce his imaginary friend, Harvey, a six-and-a-half-foot rabbit, to guests at a society party, his sister, Veta, has seen as much of his eccentric behavior as she can tolerate. She decides to have him committed to a sanitarium to spare her daughter, Myrtle Mae, and their family from future embarrassment.   • Story Mill Park Groundbreaking Celebration: Saturday, June 24th at 9:00 am, 700 Bridger Dr. Join The Trust for Public Land and the City of Bozeman for a free, community groundbreaking celebration at Story Mill Community Park!   • Jim Bridger Trail Run: Saturday, June 24th at 9:00 am.  The race course features a scenic loop from Sypes Canyon trailhead, continuing across private property which is only accessible on race day. There are great climbs up Middle Cottonwood with a challenging water crossing, winding across the Bridgers and down Sypes Canyon.Registration will close when the cap is filled, so register early!   • 2017 Gallatin Whitewater Festival: Saturday, June 24th at 9:00 AM. The Gallatin River flows through the Bozeman and Big Sky area out to the Missouri River providing an abundance of recreational opportunities. This year's Gallatin Whitewater Festival seeks to highlight our area's whitewater resources with a series of events designed to challenge whitewater kayakers, whitewater canoers and rafters as well as provide avenues for non-paddlers to participate.   • Summer Concert Series - The Tiny Band: Sunday, June 25th at 4:00 pm, Bozeman Public Library. With a lineup of local luminaries, The Tiny Band repertoire is a blend of Motown, rock, soul and pop standards that keeps the dance floor pulsing. With hits ranging from Stevie Wonder to The Beatles, Michael Jackson to Adele, they'll get you out of your seat and onto the dance floor.   • Pony Trot: Sunday, June 25th at 8:00 am, Pony Montana. Races take place in beautiful Pony, Montana. The courses are a bit hilly with stunning views and both races are run on dirt roads. The 5K is an out-and-back, while the 10K is a complete loop. Starting elevation for both races is 5400 with the 10K peaking out at 6300-ish. Unique awards are given for top finishers in each age group, as well as overall winners. Snacks and treats are provided at the finish.
