The list, which ranks the most productive agents by state, was released by REAL Trends, a publishing and communications company for the real estate industry, and Trulia, a leading online real estate marketplace. REAL Trends collected and verified all of the data in these reports to produce a completely unbiased and ethical report. Approximately 9,500 real estate agents from around the country, 17 from Montana, are featured on the list. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions, compared with the industry average of 7. This ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.
