We are incredibly proud to announce that Sarah Swanson has been honored with the Community Impact Leadership Award by the Bozeman Daily Chronicle.

This prestigious award serves to recognize local leaders who go beyond their daily duties to foster connection, stability, and growth within our region. For those who know Sarah, this accolade is a well-deserved testament to her character and her lifelong commitment to the Montana communities that raised her.

Rooted in Montana Values

To understand Sarah’s drive to serve, you have to look at her roots. Sarah has called Montana home since age nine, attending the historic Pine Creek School in Paradise Valley—a three-room schoolhouse where students aged four to fourteen learned side-by-side.

There is a specific magic that settles over downtown Livingston during the holidays. Between the crisp winter air and the streets filled with neighbors, the Livingston Christmas Stroll is easily the highlight of our winter season.

For our office, the Stroll represents our most beloved tradition: The Annual Gingerbread House Competition.

This year, the community support was nothing short of spectacular. If you stopped by to vote, chat, or simply smell the icing, thank you for making this our best year yet.

Community Turnout

We love opening our doors to the public, but we were blown away by the turnout this year. We officially had over 600 people come through our office during the Stroll!

It was wonderful to reconnect with longtime…
