This summary compares 2017 to 2016 sales and inventory information using the Big Sky Country Multiple Listing Service (BSCMLS) reported data as the source. The market in Livingston and surrounding Park County showed a 19% increase in sales with 252 single family homes sold in 2017 compared to 212 in 2016. Average sales price jumped 18% from $295,747 in 2016 to $348,371 in 2017, with a median sales price of $274,800.
