Happy New Year! 2019 is starting off in a whirlwind of events, meetings, innovations and - of course - real estate transactions. As we launch full steam ahead, we wanted to take a look at our highlights from 2018.
Our REALTORS®, from Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston and Ennis worked hard this year for their clients!
Laurie Andrews received the ERA Distinctive Properties Sapphire Award at the 2018 ERA® Real Estate International Business Conference. Mikaela Durham became the first ever Montana honoree for REALTOR® Magazine's 30 under 30 Class of 2018. Sue Frye consistently ranked in the national ERA top 10 for overall production volume throughout 2018. At the 2018 ERA® Real Estate International Business Conference, she was recognized her production volume and was also honored to be in the Top Agent panelist featured in one of the general sessions. ERA Landmark Real Estate as a company ranked 1st in the nation for Division 2 (companies with 25-75 agents) at the 2018 ERA International Business Conference. ERA Landmark Real Estate also ranked 20th in the nation among all sizes of ERA companies for total closed volume in 2017.
We set a goal of $15,000 and through the gracious support of our ERA team, families, friends and clients we were able to reach our goal and then some! We can't thank you all enough!
Our Bozeman office completed our 31st annual Season of Giving and our Livingston office, their 9th annual Stocking Stuffer program to help our local families have a brighter Holiday Season.
Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner, led the the ERA Distinctive Properties certification, a luxury real estate program created by ERA Real Estate, to associates from Bozeman, Big Sky and Livingston.
Our agents went above and beyond to make sure buyers and sellers alike were satisfied with their transaction from beginning to end.
