Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Brooke Weimer, from our Livingston office, was selected as one of the Bozeman Daily Chronicle's 20 Under 40 honorees for 2021.
Each year the Chronicle acknowledges the best and brightest young business professionals in the area. A selection committee made up of four area business leaders, and led by a Chronicle representative, review all nominations and choose the top 20. Nominees must be less than 40 years of age, have achieved success in business as an entrepreneur or employee, improve the quality of life for others in the community, and live and work in Southwest Montana. The 20 Under 40 recipients were featured in a special section inside the Chronicle on Sunday, October 17. If you missed it, you can view the digital version here. The recipients were awarded at the B2B Luncheon on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Hilton Garden Inn. We are very proud of Brooke, Sales Associate with ERA Landmark in Livingston.
Brooke is a top performing real estate agent with ERA Landmark and has been in the real estate business for almost 12 years. She also owns a construction company, Weimer Construction, with her husband and two children. They build custom homes in the local area and believe in providing the highest quality workmanship, integrity, commitment and passion in all that they do. The four of them have built 3 homes for themselves from the ground up. They've done 100% of the work. Their goal is to use these outlets to teach their children to be hard workers and good people as well.
Brooke is a native Montanan who grew up on a ranch in Paradise Valley. A career in Real Estate came naturally as she enjoys interior design, construction, and has built homes in Livingston, including her own. Brooke's clients appreciate this skill set as she applies her knowledge to each individual's situation. Always client-focused, Brooke has gained a reputation for hard work, determination, listening, and successful negotiating. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. To Brooke, knowledge, communication, and integrity are the most important parts of a real estate transaction. From explaining market conditions to keeping clients informed during the buying or selling process, it's important that all parties understand each step.
Always on the go, you may catch Brooke volunteering throughout the community, camping, working in her yard, or finding other ways to create happy memories with her husband and two children. She believes that an important link in community is non-profit organizations. Communities thrive with successful non-profits so Brooke continuously offers her services, expertise and time to assist these organizations. She currently serves on three boards: President of Park High School Boosters, Vice President of the Park County Board Of Realtors and Treasurer of the Park FFA Alumni. Many people also know her as a basketball announcer at the local high school.
Montana has afforded her many opportunities, in an effort to give back Brooke donates 5% of her net proceeds from every transaction to a local non-profit of clients choice. This is her way of saying thank you and giving back to a community that has been so supportive of her and her business. Here is what Brooke had to say about her real estate career:
"I absolutely love what I do! It's all about people; making new connections and learning about people
from all walks of life. I love making dreams come true! As the saying goes, 'home is where your story
begins'. I want to be part of people's success stories, from beginning to end."
