ERA Landmark Real Estate associates Sally Hickey, Debbie McEachron, Carissa Paulson and Rachel Tasker recently completed a highly specialized course, Business Planning and Marketing, presented by the Council of Residential Specialists. The two-day course earns education credit toward the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. During the two-day course, conducted in Helena on October 27-28, participants learned the fundamentals of business planning, including how to set goals and implement a marketing plan to better serve their clients in buying and selling residential real estate. Hickey, along with nine additional ERA Landmark associates, has earned the CRS designation. McEachron, Paulson, and Tasker are working towards earning the designation. The Council of Residential Specialists is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors® comprised of nearly 40,000 members. It awards the CRS Designation to experienced REALTORS® who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.
