ERA Landmark Real Estate Broker/Owner Robyn Erlenbush, Supervising Broker Rachel Tasker, and Broker/GAR President-Elect Brian Tudor attended the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience held in Anaheim, CA in November 2023. This nationwide conference's tagline was "Building Your Legacy: Taking the Next Steps in Your Leadership Journey" and included topics of determining our future roles in our industry, "Everyone is unique and has their own goals and definition for success. The final session of the leadership academy focuses on next steps and future goals of each participant. After being exposed to NAR’s expectations of leadership and the internal workings of the association at the national level, each leadership academy participant will be asked to critically analyze their next steps within the association."

Rachel Tasker attended as President of the Big Sky Country MLS and joined MLS policy forums and economic updates from NAR's chief economist. Rachel was able to meet with many of the vendors of our current tools and services and met with new companies to learn about available products to better enhance the MLS. Robyn Erlenbush has sat on the National Risk Management Committee since 2014 which focuses on real estate risk management and legal issues across the nation. Her biggest takeaway from the conference is the fact that nothing replaces good communication, our business is about relationships. Brian Tudor attended as the President-Elect of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and he notes, like Robyn, that the focus is mostly on communication and setting expectations for buyers and sellers.
