Naomi Rose in Galactic Park subdivision is officially complete! Mark Meissner of ERA Landmark, has an extensive history of master planning new developments in the Gallatin Valley and he is an expert at helping clients work through purchasing a new construction home. As Bozeman’s growth needs expanded west of town, Mark Meissner and Chase Skogen Construction paired up once again to bring attainable product to the market for buyers. They completed a similar condominium project on Halo Drive, Voyager Lane and in Four Corners Galactic Park subdivision.
Construction broke ground on Naomi Rose in March 2017 and the team recently completed and sold the 70th final unit early 2020. The project is located on 9.6 acres. The concept of Naomi Rose came from a huge need for attainable homes in the west side of town without sacrificing quality. Two different condo styles were available for purchase: single level in a duplex configuration and a two-story unit in a fourplex style. The condos are unique in comparison to other newly built condos on the market due to their highly upgraded finish package including site-sanded and finished hardwood, granite countertops, solid core doors and trim, vaulted ceilings, private outdoor patios with ability to fence, landscaping, and tiled bathrooms. Naomi Rose brought buyers who were looking for a convenient location to Bozeman, Big Sky, Belgrade and nearby recreation. There was a combination of investment buyers, first time home buyers, as well as those in retirement years.
