ERA Landmark is proud to announce that Tyler Garrison, from our Bozeman office, has been named Gallatin Association REALTORS® 2023 Realtor of the Year. This achievement is awarded to Tyler for his dedication and accomplishments in serving the real estate needs of the Gallatin Valley and our community. Requirements for the nomination included service to our industry on a local, state, and federal level with active community service participation. From his help in the creation of the GAR Charitable Foundation to sitting on various committee chairs, Tyler has thrown himself into his work and community giving back in every aspect he can.
Tyler’s appreciation for life shines through in everything he does. On the river with clients and friends, skiing the slopes of Big Sky Montana meeting new connections on the lifts, watching his kids sporting events, training bird dogs, and most of all - buying and selling real estate with his clients. He treats everyone with the same integrity, respect, and compassion because he knows life is short and you need to make the most of every day.
