The home was designed in the style of Northwest Modernism, popular since the mid-20th Century for its high livability and connection to the outdoors. Built in 2022, the home offers 360-degree views into the landscape and facilitates excellent wildlife viewing, especially in the photogenic hours of morning and evening. At 2,705 square feet, the interiors favor coherence and calmness over extravagance, while providing opportunities for next owners' interpretation and lifestyle.
