With amazing views of rugged buttes and open prairie, twenty-plus private acres called for a strong and stable presence. The home was designed in the style of Northwest Modernism, popular since the mid-20th Century for its high livability, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural materials, and connection to the outdoors. Built in 2022, the home offers two large decks and facilitates excellent wildlife viewing of all that open space. At 2,705 square feet, the interiors favor coherence and calmness over extravagance, while providing opportunities for the next owners' interpretation and lifestyle. Three bedrooms and two baths comprise the ground level, while the pavilion-like upper level presents an open floorplan and beautiful views. Less than three miles from charming Manhattan, Solstice House is a 20-minute drive to BZN airport and 30 minutes to Bozemans numerous amenities.
