Chelsea has been a godsend. She helped us both buy a new home and sell our previous home. In both instances, she was professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to help guide us. I was impressed with her constant communication and availability. What really stood out was her integrity and willingness to “go to bat” for us when we needed someone in our corner. She went above and beyond to help us resolve issues that arose with the house we bought. The issues we were having were a first for one of her clients, and she was determined to find answers and do what she could to make things right for us by communicating with brokers, realtors, inspectors, handymen, etc. We are so appreciative of her expertise and dedication. Her sense of responsibility to her clients is evident in the effort she puts into her business. We couldn’t recommend Chelsea enough. She’s great at buying and selling, but she’s invaluable as a wealth of knowledge and enthusiastic drive.
