Dan was always available or responded quickly to issues, and always had a calm demeanor.  He also attempted to hold the seller's realtor to professional standards when the seller's realtor's conduct tended to promote an adversarial rather than cooperative environment.  Dan's ability to problem solve and act as a sounding board facilitated the acquisition of this property.  Forty years buying and selling real estate, this was the most difficult transaction for me due to seller's realtor.  If Dan had acted similar to seller's realtor, it is possible closing would not have occurred.

Dan was very attentive and responsive. Despite 11 months of working with a very challenging and "backward thinking" bank which held the short sale note, and then when the buyer was equally difficult regarding HOA rules and policies, Dan went beyond the norm to get things done I could not have been more pleased with Dan's service and attention and diligence
