Tammy was my hero!!!  I felt so cared for, I am a mom with twin babies, a nurse with a husband who is a firefighter, we have a very stressful and busy life - working through my husband's PTSD, my working 2 jobs and the need to sell our Montana home to help free up some cash and bring us a bit of financial relief we desperately needed was taking a toll on our family.  The last thing I could do was fly out and manage the clearing of the home, or anything it would need.  Tammy took the reins and by doing that gave me so much peace, she took away my stress and she communicated with me nearly daily.  I knew what was going on every step of the way.  She quickly received an offer after a showing, and I believe that her personality, open communication, kindness and hard work Tammy gave is what made that sale happen.  Tammy did it!!!  She was patient with me, kind, and responsive to the buyer's agent which I feel truly is what keeps a sale going.  She worked hard and was knowledgeable about the laws and guided me correctly every step of the way.  I was able to gain what I needed financially out of the sale to bring financial relief to my family, and the buyer got a lovely home at a fair price.  It was a win win.  Without Tammy on my team I would truly not have sold my home and still would be so stressed and overwhelmed.  I am so grateful and 100% if I am looking again in the future to buy, I am going to only work with Tammy....
