Born in Billings, Montana, Nicole Blount’s journey took her to Florida at a young age—but it didn’t take long for Montana to call her home again. In 2002, her family returned to Big Sky Country and settled in beautiful Belgrade. Since then, Nicole has witnessed the incredible growth and transformation of the Gallatin Valley firsthand.
Nicole’s path into real estate was inspired by her own experience as a first-time homebuyer in 2011. While excited to become a homeowner, she quickly realized there were avoidable and costly missteps—ones that stemmed from a lack of guidance and proper information from her buyer’s agent. Rather than let that experience define her, Nicole used it as fuel to become a resource and advocate for others. She made it her mission to ensure homebuyers and sellers are informed, protected, and supported throughout one of life’s most significant transactions.
Nicole’s personal real estate experience, paired with her ongoing commitment to continuing education, gives her clients a distinct advantage. She’s known for her honesty, dedication, and ability to turn a potentially stressful process into one that’s empowering and enjoyable.
Outside of real estate, Nicole’s greatest joy is her family. She’s a proud mom to three strong-willed and fearless children—Lily-Anne (2013), Abigail (2015), and Edward (2019)—who are thriving in the supportive Belgrade school system and tight-knit community they love. Their home is also shared with two energetic pups, Buddy and Ellie-May, and a curious cat named Batman—All of which were adopted from Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter.
Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or preparing to sell, Nicole is here to provide the guidance, knowledge, and compassion you deserve every step of the way.
