ERA Landmark Broker/Owner, Robyn Erlenbush, was invited to once again be a guest speaker at the B2B Networking Luncheon hosted by the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. This gathering was the second of three annual luncheons that bring working professionals from all industries across Gallatin Valley. With a full house, Erlenbush gave a spectacular review of the 2023 real estate market as well as a few predictions we can see in the coming year in our local economy. Several of her talking points included data from the National Association of REALTORS®, local data from the Big Sky Country MLS, as well as some ERA Landmark company buyer demographics. The overall theory from our company leader is that real estate has been put on a "pause button" to wait and see if rates or prices will go down even if life and demographic changes march on.
