The Commercial Property PowerSale™ was created by NAI Global Members to help property owners optimize the value of their property in today's extremely difficult selling environment. We are now accepting listings for the second Commercial Property PowerSale™, which is scheduled for June 11. Properties to be included in the June 11 PowerSale™ must be initiated in REALTrac™ by April 13. NAI will continue hosting PowerSale™ events throughout 2009 and into 2010, as necessary.
