"Rachel Erin Driscoll was born and raised in Montana. She is the fifth generation of her family to live there, three generations in Butte, MT and two in Bozeman, MT. Rachel studied fine art at Montana State University where she focused her studies on the Golden Age Illustrators and early American artists and history. Over the years she has done paintings for album artwork, props for theater sets, murals, and illustrated short stories. After college, Rachel spent 6 years living in Portland, OR painting and showing there. She is currently living in Bozeman and continues to be inspired by the Northwest, its history and folklore as well as the landscape and wildlife."
ERA Landmark has always approached hanging artists in our office a little differently - instead of taking a commission from art sales, we ask our artists to donate a small percentage towards a local charity or nonprofit near and dear to their hearts. As a testament to her love of the landscape and wildlife, Rachel has pledged to donate 10% of her art proceeds to the Gallatin Valley Land Trust. To further help support Rachel's cause, ERA Landmark will be price matching a donation of up to $250 as well towards the same association.
