"Pete Hetherington brings a unique blend of experience, integrity, and deep local knowledge to every real estate transaction. Having spent much of his childhood in Bozeman, Pete has a strong connection to the community and a deep appreciation for everything the Gallatin Valley has to offer.

After graduating from high school, Pete enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he served proudly as a C-141 loadmaster stationed at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. Following his service, he returned to Bozeman, attended Montana State University, and met his wife, Jamie. Together, they’ve built a life rooted in family values and a shared commitment to helping others.

Pete’s professional journey has taken him from the construction and oil and gas industries to commercial insurance and, eventually, residential appraising. As a Certified Residential Appraiser, Pete developed a sharp eye for property value, market trends, and the finer details that set homes apart—skills that now directly benefit his clients in the real estate world.

Now teaming up with Jamie, Pete is excited to combine their talents to deliver a level of service that’s both knowledgeable and personalized. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, Pete offers a calm, honest approach with a strategic edge that comes from years of experience on both sides of the real estate equation.
