Working with Amanda went very smoothly and without hesitation, I would recommend her in the future. We've known Amanda for a few years now and engaged with her when we got serious about purchasing a home. The most important thing to us is someone who can (1) take the stress out of buying a home and (2) someone who can help narrow your scope/vision to focus on what works for you. We found Amanda really helpful in both of these categories, which having worked with several realtors in the past is not always easy to find. It was important for us to work with someone who was really connected to what is going on at a neighborhood level: Master development plans for each city, engagement/awareness with city council actions, and a general vision for how things will be as new locales are added and existing communities mature. Amanda was great at explaining the whole home buying process for a first-timer. She kept great notes on what I wanted (condo, dog-friendly, under budget, etc.) And every listing she brought was almost perfect. She advised me when to push on a place and how to make my offers more competitive. Never was sarcastic or gave any hint she was annoyed about having to explain something multiple times!

My fiancé and I were visiting the National Parks and fell in love with the area. On a walk down Bozeman’s Main St. we happened upon a real estate office and thought we’d just pop in to get a little more information about the area. Amanda greeted us with a warm smile and a wealth of information. She answered all of our questions and always made herself available to us even before we knew we were going to place an offer on property. She did a phenomenal job negotiating our offer and walking us through the processes specific to the property we purchased. I would highly recommend working with Amanda and I have already referred friends of mine to her. She’s a dream!

Amanda was an excellent real estate agent. She exceeded expectations in both the selling and buying process. Both transactions were seamless. Amanda was able to contract out all services that were needed within a week including HVAC, Window replacement, Sprinkler, gutters, inspection, title, loans etc. Amanda was even able to find a replacement rental for the tenants that were being displaced. Amanda's communication was exceptional and immediate. We were never left wondering about next steps. Highly recommend!

Amanda was amazing to work with! We randomly walked into a realtor office in Bozeman and she assisted us, immediately we knew she was the agent we wanted to work with.
