Bryce's experience is priceless. Or there probably is a price, but she has an uncanny ability to walk into a house - and see past all the furnishings to any damage and underlying issues - when all I see is potential. And after the inspection report came back, not good, I am so grateful that she pushed to have the seller provide $7,900 in credits. We've probably already spent more than that fixing things up, but at the time we thought we were getting a great deal! But without her pushing, we would be miserable and feel like we bought a large, extra-large, too big, money-pit lemon house. We would look at realtor.com or Onehome, and ping Bryce to go see it. Or she would send us (usually the same) listings. But she was ALWAYS available to see houses. So many houses. Too many houses. At an hour's notice. Couldn't have done it with anyone else!
