Jamie is the best agent we've ever had. I'm wary of working with colleagues/friends because I have been burned in the past. It's important to choose the very best person for such an important transaction. In Jamie's case, I had a chance to see her work first at a nonprofit we both volunteered for. I got to know her as a fun, warm person, but also as someone who is very goal-oriented and driven to get things done right.
