He followed with a role as Advertising Executive Manager for the national magazine, American Cowboy in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming. Gator is the former Advertising Director for the award-winning magazine, Big Sky Journal, based in Bozeman.

I am from out of state, unfamiliar with the area. Mr. Rivers picked me up at the motel and showed me many properties in the area over a couple of days. After a selection was made, he kept me informed of the construction progress and also took pictures of the property. After closing, he has recommended a window blind installer and has agreed to let in anyone that would furnish the condo until I arrive in January.
