Tammy Berendts is a friendly, long-time resident of Park County. She built her reputation for personal service, integrity, trust and experience. Her background in the state’s cadastral system transitioned easily into her real estate career starting in 2004. Renovating and remodeling various properties over the years has also given her the insight to assist others in following their dreams of homeownership.
In her spare time, she enjoys oil and watercolor painting in her studio. More recently, she has begun working with molding clay to produce unique and custom bronze sculptures.
Living and working in this area has exposed Tammy to multiple outdoor activities, such as fishing the area streams, bird hunting in the foothills of the mountains, and cross country skiing. These all add to the enjoyment received when matching buyers and sellers with each other so that they can also experience the unique lifestyle this area offers. If you take pleasure in the great outdoors, this is certainly a place you’d be proud to call home.
Tammy is familiar with Park County and its residents, both young and old. She participates in the Multiple Sclerosis Society fundraisers annually and also contributes to local events and charities throughout the community.
