Tammy Berendts is a long-time resident of Park County, Montana. With a background in the state's Cadastral and appraisal systems, it made for an easy transition into the interesting career of real restate back in 2002. Also, having purchased, remodeled and improved several properties over the years, giving her insight to assist others in following their dreams of home ownership in our amazing state of Montana.
Tammy has the unique quality of being able to help folks make big decisions, while helping them understand the many aspects of buying and selling a home in the current market environment. She has worked with many clients over the years who have put their thrust in her and are confident in her skills, ethics, discretion and responsiveness.

Since 2002, Tammy has had the privilege of assisting buyers and sellers across Montana, spanning diverse backgrounds and preferences. Surprising fact?
In my spare time I enjoy oil painting, which I am just getting back into after about 25 years. We have recently formed a painting club and meet twice a week.
Favorite sport?
Watching hockey.
Most amazing wildlife experience?
Watching a mountain lion stalking a herd of deer right from my living room window. It was an amazing thing to watch first hand.
Charitable cause I'm passionate about?
I try to participate in Walk MS each May when Billings holds their annual event to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis. I lost a younger sister to the disease in 2012. I also donate to the local food bank in our area and contribute to events and charities throughout the community.
Why real estate?
My dad was in real estate in the Midwest. I used to help him in his office and enjoyed the constant, ever-changing world of the real estate business. When I left employment with the State of Montana Appraisal/ Assessment office, I thought that selling real estate would be the best career to get into.
