Theresa Coleman is a fourth generation Montanan originally from Bozeman. After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising/Design and spending several years in the San Francisco Bay area, she has chosen to come back to Montana to make her home in Livingston.
Having grown up in Bozeman, Theresa has observed the dramatic changes that have altered the wild Montana landscape over the past 30 years. She is concerned about preservation of open spaces and carries that over into marketing quality properties. She also owns and manages commercial properties in our historic downtown. The experience has led her to her current position of offering quality properties through ERA Landmark. Theresa and her husband Tom, an environmental engineer and owner of Restoration Engineering, have combined their talents to offer landowners and buyers fishery and wildlife assessments of properties along with with 30 years professional sales experience, marketing and management services.
