About Grain Avenue S
Two commercial grain elevator facilities for sale, offering significant storage capacity with direct rail access via BNSF Railway running along the west side of each site. Combined, the two facilities offer approximately 373,200 bushels of active storage capacity, plus an additional 70,000 bushels of unused “old house” storage.
Famers Elevator:
This facility is built around a high-capacity dual-leg system capable of handling both rail-side and truck-side operations. Storage infrastructure includes:
(2) outdoor bins at approximately 53,000 bushels each
(4) indoor hopper-bottom bins at approximately 10,500 bushels each
(3) overhead bins (2 × 3,500 bushels, 1 × 1,200 bushels)
Approximately 70,000 bushels of additional storage in an original structure (currently unused)
The outdoor bins are equipped with center unload sweeps for efficient grain handling. A 75-foot truck scale. A grain cleaner is present and has not been used recently.
D&S Elevator:
(3) outdoor bins at approximately 35,000 bushels each
(2) outdoor bins at approximately 20,000 bushels each with sweeps
(6) in-house bins at approximately 3,000 bushels each
(6) overhead bins at approximately 1,500 bushels each
This site includes a grain cleaner that was functional at last use, as well as an indoor working scale.
