Debbie was fabulous from start to finish; she was always very responsive, and she guided us so well with the preparation and marketing of our unique property. She was very honest with us about how to best prepare our place properly, including great attention to all of the myriad details. And she did this all with a sense of humor, deep knowledge of the local market, and the right "feel" for how our place would sell successfully. Had a wonderful house hunting experience this past July. We came to Bozeman from out of state and Debbie took us on a guided tour of the various neighborhoods and communities in the Gallatin Valley. This overview was invaluable. While the market is very tight, we saw a few candidates and decided to keep in touch remotely. While sadly we did not get the first property we bid on, Debbie went out of her way to find us a property and she single-handedly brought the deal to a close.
