A Sweet Success: Recapping the Livingston Christmas Stroll & Our Annual Gingerbread Competition
Posted on December 9, 2025There is a specific magic that settles over downtown Livingston during the holidays. Between the crisp winter air and the streets filled with neighbors, the Livingston Christmas Stroll is easily the highlight of our winter season.
For our office, the Stroll represents our most beloved tradition: The Annual Gingerbread House Competition.
This year, the community support was nothing short of spectacular. If you stopped by to vote, chat, or simply smell the icing, thank you for making this our best year yet.
Community Turnout
We love opening our doors to the public, but we were blown away by the turnout this year. We officially had over 600 people come through our office during the Stroll!
It was wonderful to reconnect with longtime clients, meet new faces from the community, and watch friends debate over which house deserved the top prize. The line to vote stretched through the room, proving that Livingston takes its holiday judging duties seriously.
The Main Event: 14 Gingerbread Masterpieces
The competition was fierce this year. We hosted 14 unique gingerbread house entries, and the talent on display was undeniable.
Each year, the designs seem to get more intricate. We saw:

Classic winter wonderlands.
Architecturally complex structures.
Whimsical themes that delighted the kids (and the adults!).
The creativity involved in these edible constructions is a testament to the talent we have right here in our town. A massive thank you to every baker who spent hours piping, baking, and engineering these creations. Congratulations to the winners!
A Thank You to Livingston
Events like the Christmas Stroll remind us why we love living and working here. It isn’t just about the lights or the gingerbread; it’s about the people.
Thank you for continuing to make this competition a staple of the Livingston holiday season. We are already looking forward to seeing what you create next year!
