ERA Season of Giving 2025
Posted on December 9, 2025Season of Giving 2025
ERA Landmark's Season of Giving is well underway! Our commitment to our community shines brighter than ever during the holiday season. Our agents and staff are dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities, and this year is no exception. The Season of Giving tradition dates back to 1984, when we started selling Christmas trees from our parking lot and over the years, this initiative has evolved and grown in many ways. This joyful season was kicked off by Can the Griz and includes fun community events and donating to local charities from our Christmas Fund.
Can the Griz Food Drive
The annual community-wide food drive, Can the Griz, is a beloved tradition in Bozeman. Leading up to the Brawl of the Wild football game, our agents dedicate their time to collecting food and cash donations for the Gallatin Valley Food Bank. They reach out to their network, knock on doors, and even offer doorstep pickup to gather as much as possible. This year, our team's efforts resulted in a remarkable 1,820 pounds of food donated! We're incredibly proud of our team's dedication and the impact they've made on our community. The University of Montana took the title - but both communities collectively raised over 2 million pounds and dollars for Montanans.
Gifts for Children and Christmas Fund
We partner with organizations like The Salvation Army and Children First, Inc. to fulfill their wish lists for children around the valley. Our agents love shopping for these gifts and it's a heartwarming way to spread joy and make a lasting impact on our community. This year we bought over 70 gifts for children around the valley! Every year in December we designate a portion of each closing for our Christmas Fund that is company matched and donated to multiple local non-profits.
Annual Gingerbread Competition & Livingston Christmas Stroll
We love hosting our Annual Gingerbread House Competition at our downtown Livingston office. We had a record breaking turnout at the stroll this year and 14 entries in our Gingerbread House competition! We love celebrating with holiday season with our Livingston community, seeing so many familiar faces come through is a highlight of the year!
Big Sky Coat Drive
As part of our annual tradition, our Big Sky office was proud to support the Big Sky Coat Drive 2025 this past November. It is an initiative we look forward to every year, and this season our team was fully hands-on in ensuring the donations reached those in need. We collected gear and helped shuttle the items to be professionally cleaned, and ultimately transported to the Base for distribution. We look forward to participating in this Big Sky local initiative each year to help keep our neighbors warm.
Big Sky Christmas Stroll
The streets of Big Sky will come alive December 12-14th for the 28th anniversary of the Christmas Stroll. Visit the Meadow Village Center on Friday, our Big Sky office will be offering wine and treats, a sled raffle and will be a part of the Meadow Village scavenger hunt!
