Jamie is the best agent we've ever had. I'm wary of working with colleagues/friends because I have been burned in the past. It's important to choose the very best person for such an important transaction. In Jamie's case, I had a chance to see her work first at a nonprofit we both volunteered for. Bryce's experience is priceless. Or there probably is a price, but she has an uncanny ability to walk into a house - and see past all the furnishings to any damage and underlying issues - when all I see is potential. And after the inspection report came back, not good, I am so grateful that she pushed to have the seller provide $7,900 in credits. We've probably already spent more than that fixing things up, but at the time we thought we were getting a great deal! But without her pushing, we would be miserable and feel like we bought a large, extra-large, too big, money-pit lemon house. We would look at realtor.com or Onehome, and ping Bryce to go see it. My wife and I are purchasing investment property in Bozeman from our home in California. Our Grandson who is attending MSU will be an initial tenant of the property.
