We can't believe the summer is winding down. Hope you all had a wonderful one with friends and family, vacations and weekend trips, shopping and dining in our picturesque downtown area, and all the fun that our Bozeman area offers!

This has been a very active real estate season and doesn't show signs of slowing. There's still time to get into the market - whether selling or buying. And we're here - ready to help in any way we can.

Random Tidbits: 
-Our Gallatin Multiple Listing Service INVENTORY of homes for sale is still down substantially from last year at this time. (down 9-11% in Bozeman, Belgrade). 
-Number of SALES is up from last July: 23%, 16% and 21% in Bozeman-Belgrade. Big Sky single-family sales are up 32% from last July. 
-Median sales price in Bozeman proper is only up 6% from last year. Around Bozeman is up 10% and Belgrade 13%. 
-There are less than 100 CONDOS available in Bozeman. Sales are up 5%. 
-The market for INCOME PROPERTY is still very good. Lots of parents are purchasing for their students and their friends. Call us for opportunities.
-Interest rates are still good, meaning more houses for the money. TIME TO BUY NOW!
-From the Bureau of Business and Economic Research - Gallatin County stats show: Between 2007 and 2009 non-farm earnings dropped 3.7%. Between 2009 and 2012 non-farm earnings raised 4.3%. Gallatin County is projected to be the FASTEST GROWING in Montana in terms of non-farm labor income from 2013-2016.
