Welcome Mary Ann to ERA Landmark Real Estate

We're excited to welcome Mary Ann to the ERA Landmark team.

Before starting her career in real estate, Mary Ann spent the past decade working as a Landman, negotiating and managing land purchases and sales across the country. That experience gave her a strong foundation in real estate, sharp negotiation skills, and a genuine appreciation for what it takes to help people make confident decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives.

For Mary Ann, real estate has always been about more than transactions. It's about finding the place where life happens. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one, or searching for the perfect property, she's committed to making the process smooth, informed, and enjoyable.

Mary Ann is proud to call Bozeman home. She feels lucky to help others find their place in this community, and that appreciation shows in how she works with clients.

When she's not working, you'll usually find Mary Ann chasing adventures with her husband and their three kids. They love everything Bozeman has to offer, from skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer to exploring new parks, grabbing coffee downtown, and soaking up Montana life together.
