New Townhome Development Gets Preliminary Approval in Bozeman

The Jarrett subdivision, a proposed development south of Montana State University, received preliminary approval from the Bozeman City Commission this week. The project will feature a mix of townhomes and single-family homes, with a focus on providing affordable housing options. The bulk of the property borders South 11th Avenue to the east, a future extension of Arnold Street to the north and a future extension of South 15th Avenue to the west.
