ERA Landmark Real Estate is hosting a 2018 Give Big Event in efforts to raise $15,000 for the Montana Chapter of MDA.
 
MDA prides itself on the quality of services provided to their clients. Approximately 30 of which live in Gallatin, Park and Madison counties. The funds raised at the ERA Landmark Give Big Kickoff Party will help send Montana children ages 6-17 to the MDA Summer Camp.

Summer Camp Creates memories for all involved.
For children who gradually lose the ability to talk, walk, hug or breathe on their own, the magical experience of summer camp can seem out of reach. MDA Summer Camp provides a safe and fun experience where MDA kids create cherished memories and make new friends with children sharing similar needs.

ERA Landmark is excited to join forces with Give Big Gallatin Valley for the 2018 Give Big Event in efforts to raise $15,000 for the Montana Chapter of MDA.
 
Give Big Gallatin Valley is a 24-hour fundraising event that takes place online.  Give Big begins at 6 pm on May 3rd and ending on May 4th at 6 pm.  This is an opportunity for the Gallatin Valley community to come together and GIVE BIG to charities of their choice.  The Bozeman Area Community Foundation coordinates this event so donors of all ages are able to see their giving amplified!

Over 150 local causes benefit!

Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of NAI Landmark, attended the 2018 NAI Global Leadership Summit and Global Market Outlook Seminar. In March I attended the 2018 RPAC President's Circle Conference. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist for the National Association of REALTORS®, was a keynote speaker and once again summarized the national real estate market by the numbers. Existing home sales ended 2017 at an eleven-year high of approximately 5.5 million units sold, yet still noticeably below the peak years of 2003-2006 where the annual number fluctuated between 6.1 and 7.0 million units.
