Inside and outside Bozeman City Limits, residential inventory has continued to decrease by 14% compared to 2009. Manhattan/Three Forks has seen no change in the amount of active inventory with Belgrade showing a decrease of 10%.
We continue to show an increase in sold units from 2009 to 2010. The greatest increase for sales growth is in Manhattan/Three Forks with a total increase of 65% over last December. Bozeman reports an increase inside the city limits of 11% and outside city limits of 21%. The average sold price in Bozeman is $275,651 and the median sold price of $239,925. Belgrade is reporting a decrease in sales units of 4% with an average sold price of $193,696 and a median of $174,000, and Manhattan/Three Forks reports an average sales price of $204,533 and a median of $177,000.
