Broker Owner Robyn Erlenbush and General Manager Kelly Bresnahan of ERA Landmark Real Estate, hosted ERA Real Estate’s Young Leaders Network Summit July 23-24 in Bozeman, Montana. One of the top-performing brokerages within the ERA Real Estate system is selected to host this elite educational event each year and ERA Landmark was proud to be the selected company.

“We were proud to have been chosen as the host of this year’s Young Leaders Network Summer Summit, and are honored to have the opportunity to share our leadership styles and management techniques with such a promising group of young professionals,” said Robyn Erlenbush, broker/owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate. “Our entire staff is thrilled to have helped facilitate the development of the next generation of ERA leaders.”

Over the two-day event, 25 members of the ERA Young Leaders Network from across the country learned about ERA Landmark’s proven leadership tactics and exchanged ideas on best business practices. Each attendee was personally selected for this exclusive networking opportunity by ERA’s senior leadership team, whose decision was based in large part on the management abilities each member has demonstrated at their respective companies. 

“This important event at ERA Landmark Real Estate brought together the next wave of ERA leaders and is a great example of ERA’s collaborative culture,” said Melody Bohrer, senior vice president of operations and strategic initiatives, at ERA Franchise Systems LLC. “As the real estate professional population continues to change, it is becoming increasingly important to plan and prepare the leaders of tomorrow.”

The Young Leader’s Network was launched in 2012 as a way for ERA Real Estate to bring together ERA Broker/Owner/Managers evidencing highly-engaged and collaborative characteristics early in their careers, in an effort to further develop their leadership skills. The members are mostly made up of Gen X or Gen Y who leverage this supportive community to discuss overcoming challenges and formulating business solutions.
