At ERA Landmark, we take great pride in supporting the local and national organizations that make our community unique and strong. We feel so fortunate to live in "The Last Best Place" that we are committed to giving our time, raising funds, and lending our resources to help those in need. ERA Landmark established a Christmas Fund 1984 when we originally cut Montana Christmas trees and sold them from our office parking lot. We also collected new and used toys to distribute. After a few years of heavy lifting and the desire not to compete with local tree lots, we decided to dedicate a portion of each real estate closing to create the funding. Over the past 27 years, the Christmas Fund has collected over $90,000 for more than a dozen local charities. In addition to the Christmas Fund, ERA Landmark associates have given money, time and resources to other local and national organizations based on need and the impact the organizations have on the community. One such local organization is Montana Shakespeare in the Parks. According to the Montana Shakespeare in the Parks website, The mission of Montana Shakespeare in the Parks is to make quality, live theatrical productions of Shakespeare and other classics accessible to communities in Montana and surrounding states with an emphasis on under-served, rural areas who would not otherwise have this opportunity.  All performances are offered free, making Shakespeare in the Parks available to everyone. The company's oldest educational program, Shakespeare in the Schools, complements the education of young people by providing a complete production of one of Shakespeare's plays along with workshops that enhance their understanding and appreciation of Shakespeare's works.
