Last month the Bozeman condo/townhome market saw a 16% decrease. This month we're seeing a continued decrease total of 18% year to date compared to last year. Big Sky has also reported a decrease of 12% compared to the same time last year. (see graph below)
Big Sky is selling strong with an 84% sales increase year to date over 2009. The average sales price in Big Sky is $310,491 which is a 21% decrease over the 2009 year to date. Bozeman reports a 2% increase in condo/townhome sales and has an average sales price of $184,670, down 9% from the previous year. The median condo/townhome sales price in Bozeman is $165,000.
