Don't miss the opening weekend of the production, "South Pacific", in Livingston, Montana. Friday, May 5th - Sunday, May 7th. Set in an island paradise during World War II, South Pacific follows two parallel love stories, each threatened by prejudice and war. Arkansas nurse Nellie Forbush falls in love with a French plantation owner, and Lt. Joe Cable finds himself in a passionate affair with a native girl. As the war against Japan escalates, both struggle to reconcile their unconventional loves with their own prejudices and insecurities. Full of enchanting music, South Pacific is often considered Rodgers & Hammerstein's greatest collaboration. This production is performed entirely by students of Park High School.
